The Journal of Legal and Judicial Teachings is an open-access publication with a double-blind peer review process, published by Kurdistan University in collaboration with the Law Department of Kurdistan University. Like other publications from Kurdistan University, each article in this journal has a unique identifier (DOI) to facilitate identification and searching. The journal published its inaugural issue at the beginning of the year 1403 (according to the Persian calendar).

To ensure easy and global access to the latest research findings, this journal has been established as an open-access publication.
