The Journal of Legal and Judicial Teachings is not just a peer-reviewed, open-access publication; it is also not published by any department other than the Law Department of Kurdistan University. This journal has not been established without the intention of providing a scholarly environment for researchers engaged in legal matters. Furthermore, the journal does not charge authors any fees for the review, processing, or publication of their scientific articles.
The Journal of Legal and Judicial Teachings does not disregard the importance of safeguarding the rights and intellectual property of researchers and authors. It is not following a lax approach regarding duplicate submissions; on the contrary, it adheres to the guidelines set forth by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) and does not fail to utilise plagiarism detection software to ensure the authenticity of submissions.
The Journal of Legal and Judicial Teachings does not restrict readers from reading, downloading, copying, distributing, printing, searching, or linking to the full text of its articles. Additionally, readers are not prohibited from using these articles for any other legal purpose.
Access to the articles in the Journal of Legal and Judicial Teachings is open access.
In this journal, all submitted articles are evaluated using similarity detection software to assess their originality and identify any potential conflicts of interest.
